Bell Business & Commercial is a partnership operating from Coventry, UK. Steve Bell is the Managing Director of The Commercial Property Experts and the publisher of stevebell.uk.

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service you have requested. We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to collect aggregated, anonymised data. We cannot identify you personally from analytics data.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
We do not use advertising cookies or any other third-party tracking tools.
How we store and process your data
Email addresses and names are stored in MailerLite, a GDPR-compliant email marketing platform. Enquiries submitted through the speaking and media form are processed by Formspree and delivered to our inbox. Neither processor is permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
How long we keep your data
Newsletter and mailing list subscribers — retained until you unsubscribe. You can request permanent deletion at any time by contacting us.
Enquiry data — retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, then deleted.
Analytics data — retained for 14 months by Google, then automatically deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict processing of your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@stevebell.uk. We will respond within one month at no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last revised.
